Cole Cooks: No Cook Pizza Sauce Recipe
Fun Diego Family loves pizza! We are on a quest to find the best pizza in San Diego. However, sometimes we get the urge to make our own pizza. This recipe is for a no cook tomato sauce for pizza. We use it for several pizzas we make including our Detroit Pizza, French Bread Pizza and our grilled pizza.


This sauce is incredibly easy to make. It is just a matter of combining the ingredients. It is recommended to use high-end San Marzano tomatoes. However, to be honest, in a blind taste test we couldn’t tell the difference between the San Marzano and the store brand that was half the price


No Cook Tomato Sauce for Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6. ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 7. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix.
