Glazed Asian Green Beans

Easy to prepare green beans in tangy asian glaze

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound green beans
  • 2 green onions minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Sauce

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon siracha optional
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl combine sauce ingredients and stir
  • Heat oil in a skillet or small pan. Add green onions and cook for 15 seconds. Add green beans and sauté for about 1 minute.
  • Add sauce to beans and heat until boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 12 minutes. Toss with sauce and serve.
