Dave’s Dynamite BBQ Rub
This is a recipe for a dry rub that is perfect for pork ribs. It has a little bit of kick.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper optional
- 2 tablespoon cumin
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
