Texas Brisket Rub

This is the rub we use for our Big Green Egg Texas Brisket Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and store in a container. Makes ½ cup.
